2 cl Rohrzuckersirup
3 Stängel frischer Thymian

5 cl Ginger Beer

Zubereitung

1/2 Zitrone mit dem Thymian muddeln, Zucker und Birnenbrand dazu und alle Zutaten shaken und doublestrainen. Zum Schluss mit Ginger Beer ausgießen.
